Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reiki is a unique form of energy healing that isn't taught like other techniques. Instead, the ability to channel Reiki energy is transferred from the Reiki Master to the student through a process called attunement. In my classes, I use Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki, which involves Placements and Ignitions—modern methods that offer enhanced results. Once attuned, you can use Reiki for self-treatments and to help others.

  • The attunement is a profound spiritual experience, guided by spiritual consciousness (Rei). Each student's experience is unique, potentially involving personal messages, healing, visions, or past-life insights. Some may experience increased psychic sensitivity. The attunement energy can also work gradually over time, depending on what each student needs.

Class Details

Classes are conducted either online or in-person. Class duration is approximately 5-7 hours depending on class size and pace.

Reiki I Class Details

Prerequisite: None

Reiki I is open to anyone interested in exploring the incredible world of energy healing. No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to learn! Discover how to harness Reiki energy to bring balance and healing to your life and the lives of others. By the end of this workshop, you’ll be equipped to perform healing sessions on yourself and others in-person with confidence.

  • The history of Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® III Reiki.

  • How Holy Fire® III Reiki works.

  • The standard Reiki session hand positions.

  • How to give a complete Reiki session for self and others.

  • Receive healing ceremonies to cleanse and elevate your energy.

$350 CAD, and $26.95 CAD for the required manual. Payment link will be sent once class is scheduled.

Note: If you are new to Reiki, I recommend having at least one Reiki session before the class (in-person or distance) to better understand the experience. Even if you have received Reiki in the past, I still recommend having a Reiki session before your attunement to help to clear any dense energies in your body, energy or emotions. Reiki II Class Details

Prerequisite: Any Reiki I lineage

Reiki II is designed for those who already have a connection to Reiki and wish to deepen their practice. If you’re passionate about continuing your Reiki journey and enhancing your life, this class is for you. Strengthen your relationship with Reiki energy and discover how to send powerful healing energy to others anywhere in the world, transcending time and space.

What You Will Learn

  • The history of Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® III Reiki.

  • How Holy Fire® III Reiki works.

  • Reiki II symbols and their uses.

  • Techniques for conducting Reiki treatments both in-person and at a distance.

  • Practical experience with Reiki during class.

  • Receive healing ceremonies to cleanse and elevate your energy.

$375 CAD, and $26.95 CAD for the required manual. Payment link will be sent once class is scheduled.
